DEKEMA AUSTROMAT 220 Brennkammer

Firing is the key to flawless dentures. The ceramic is heated precisely to achieve its final shape and strength - made possible by precise process and temperature control.

Incomparably precise: DEKEMA ceramic furnaces guarantee constant temperatures up to 1200 °C with a deviation of only ±0.5 °C.

The exclusive DEKEMA AutoDry function simulates the temperature measurement on the object and automatically regulates the distance between the firing object and the firing chamber via the vibration-free lift. The result: precise, time-optimized drying, heating and cooling phases.

DEKEMA AUTORITE controls temperature-precise drying, heating, and cooling rates via the lift position. This allows continuous operation with no cooling of the firing chamber and extremely fast temperature changes up to well over 1,000°C/min, e.g. from room temperature to 900°C/min in less than 30 seconds. The highest heating and cooling rates can be achieved efficiently and precisely.

All DEKEMA devices are networked with each other via the DEKEMA Circle. Users benefit from software updates and backups via the Internet, a connection to the DEKEMA database, network remote control and the automatic transfer of project-specific firing, pressing and sintering programs.

DEKEMA online gives you access to more than 100,000 firing, pressing and sintering programs from all manufacturers of dental ceramics. The programs can be easily downloaded and used immediately. You also benefit from integrated quality management and an online service available around the clock.

trixpress™ - patented and unique worldwide.

The trixpress™ system comprises two investment ring sizes and thus covers the entire spectrum of pressing and overpressing techniques. Thanks to the unique, independently usable and burn-out disposable placeholders for press stamps, up to three different ceramic shades can be processed in just one pressing. This innovative technique enables efficient processing by combining different color layers without additional work steps. At the same time, it minimizes the risk of cracks and muffle bursts, which increases quality and saves time.

Maximum efficiency: DEKEMA insulation offers long-lasting and effective insulation in two variants:

  • High-dynamic fiber: surface-hardened, impregnated fibers for optimum insulation and heat storage.

  • Premium stone: hard, continuous stone slip for even and delayed heat radiation. Available for the 654 and 654i furnaces.

IoT (Internet of Things) enables intelligent networking and real-time monitoring of the furnace – ensuring 99,9 % availability and seamless operation through preventive service.

Firing ceramics is a ceramic material that is hardened by firing processes in the furnace. It is used for esthetic and durable dental restorations.

Glaze is the top layer of a ceramic restoration that provides shine and natural esthetics. It protects the surface and improves the color match to the natural tooth.

Pressed ceramic is a high-density ceramic that is pressed into the desired shape under heat and pressure. It offers high strength and natural aesthetics for dental restorations.

Zirconium oxide is a high-strength ceramic material used in dental technology for esthetic and durable restorations. It impresses with its biocompatibility, high fracture resistance and natural translucency.

The further development of the upward pressing system of the legendary AUSTROMAT 3001 press-i-dent: The precise, high-resolution pressing mechanism in the AUSTROMAT 654 and AUSTROMAT 654i guarantees perfect pressing results for high and low-melting materials.

The myDEKEMA app, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, enables secure remote access via VNC viewer. This allows error messages to be rectified quickly and downtimes to be minimized.

In addition, the app provides a full overview of all QM protocols and direct access to the DEKEMA database with over 100,000 firing, pressing and sintering programs.

OPC (Open Platform Communications) is an established technology that enables efficient communication between automation systems. OPC UA (Unified Architecture) is an advanced, platform-independent and secure architecture. It offers a reliable interface for the seamless connection of different devices and supports the transmission of real-time data.

Pressing forms high-precision dentures. A blank is heated and pressed into the desired shape under vacuum - for esthetic and long-lasting results.

Uniquely precise: The DEKEMA trixpress™ system combines an innovative upward pressing process with 3-stamp technology. This enables the processing of up to three colors in one step.

Press capacity denotes the maximum amount of ceramic that a press furnace can process in one cycle. It determines how many restorations can be pressed at the same time. With single-stamp pressing, a single restoration is pressed, while multi-stamp pressing allows multiple units in several shades to be pressed simultaneously, thus saving material and time.

DEKEMA furnaces record all process data and ensure complete documentation. This guarantees the highest quality and transparency - also for the patient, as the manufacturing process of the dental prosthesis can be traced at any time.

Give your furnace your own personal touch! For an extra charge, you can design your own individual screensaver - with your logo, your signature or a motif of your choice. Simply send us a JPEG file - we will implement it for you.

SiC heaters (silicon carbide heaters) offer high energy efficiency and even heat distribution in dental technology. Thanks to their robust design and long service life, they ensure reliable performance at high temperatures. This leads to precise results without discoloration. The absolute cleanliness of these heaters means that no cleaning cycles are necessary, making work in the laboratory even more efficient.

During sintering, milled materials are compacted, resulting in stronger, more stable and natural-looking restorations.

Nonstop precision: DEKEMA furnaces guarantee discoloration-free sintering without cleaning cycles - for trouble-free continuous operation and uncompromising quality.

The sintering capacity indicates how many restorations a sintering furnace can process in one cycle. A 65 mm sintering plate is suitable for smaller batches, while a 100 mm sintering plate offers more space for larger or multiple restorations.
