Perfect dentures thanks to unique temperature control.

The firing is the decisive step on the way to flawless dentures. The carefully prepared ceramic is precisely heated until it reaches its final shape and strength. Precise process and temperature control is crucial for this.

Unique in the world: DEKEMA furnaces enable a constant temperature with a maximum deviation of just ±0.25 °C.

Press.

Unique in the world: upward pressing system with 3-stamp pressing.

The pressing is a key process in the production of all-ceramic restorations. A ceramic blank is heated in the furnace and pressed into the desired shape. After cooling, highly precise and esthetic restorations are created.

Maximum efficiency: With DEKEMA trixpress™ and its innovative upward pressing system including 3-stamp technology, up to three colors can be processed in one pressing process - for brilliant results in one step.

Sinter.

Non-stop operation without cleaning cycles.

In Sintering , materials milled from zirconium are heated and compacted so that the particles combine to form a strong and stable material. The result: high strength, maximum stability and a natural appearance of the dental prosthesis.

DEKEMA quality: Sintering in our furnaces runs smoothly thanks to the proven DEKEMA SiC heating technology without discoloration or irritation. It also requires no cleaning cycles and enables non-stop operation.

Print.

Smart and efficient.

Printing with the trix™ system is an important preparatory step for the DEKEMA trixpress™ pressing process. First, a digital press design is created in trix™CAD and then produced in the trix™print² 3D printer. Finally, this design can be processed in the AUSTROMAT 654i.

The advantage: Printing is an ideal complement to the milling process and saves resources.
