FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN (M/F/D, FULL-TIME)

IN FREILASSING OR BRÜGGEN

We develop, produce and sell 3D printers and ceramic furnaces for firing, pressing and sintering dental ceramics. DEKEMA manufactures its products exclusively in Germany. All required parts are either manufactured by DEKEMA itself or are sourced primarily from specialized craft and industrial companies in the region. Our customers include the largest companies in the dental industry as well as leading dental laboratories all over the world.

In this position, you will mainly be responsible for maintaining our current product range of 3D printers and dental ceramic furnaces for sintering, firing and pressing. You will share our expertise and knowledge of the products and their application.

After-sales support for dealers, service partners and users
In-house training on our products
Maintenance and service of our products

Prerequisites

Completed technical or dental technical vocational training
Conscientious, independent, responsible and precise working style
Ability to work in a team
Good computer skills
Knowledge of English advantageous

Work at our headquarters in Freilassing, where others go on vacation. Keep fit in the company's own fitness center when the weather in our beautiful region doesn't play along.

Work at our branch in Brüggen (NRW), together with the team there.
